Natural Vibration and Stability of Prestressed Cylindrical Shells Containing Fluid
摘要
Natural vibration and stability of loaded cylindrical shells interacting with a quiescent or flowing ideal fluid are investigated numerically. The solution is constructed in the linearized formulation using the developed algorithm based on the semi-analytical finite element method. As examples, single and coaxial shells are considered. The numerical analysis has revealed the peculiarities of dynamic behavior of the examined configurations under the action of mechanical and thermal loads and the centrifugal forces.
