This project is part of the course of Graphic Expression and Computer Aided Design in the first subject of the Mechanical Industrial Engineering Degree. Until now, the tools to show the development of the problems posed in the contents of the course have been the projection of static images (slides, computer-projector or drawings on blackboard) or through the use of 3D programs that facilitate the spatial vision of the students. However, no tool is offered that allows the student to see the development of the exercise step by step with the use of the conventional drawing tools. In this project, a series of time-lapse videos of the resolution of exercises proposed in the course are performed and made available to the students. In this way, students are shown the execution of practical problems. They learn to use drawing tools, which helps them understand the subject better and prepares them for similar exercises in individual assignments and exams. In addition, students have a set of videos that they can watch as many times as they need, before, during or after the exercise. The innovation is based on time lapse videos, made by the subject lecturers, with the contents and approaches seen in theory classes and problem sessions, the promotion of learning by imitation and the total availability of the material for consultation. The results show that the material developed has proved to be very useful for understanding the theory and solving the exercises of the course. Students also appreciate that it has helped them to improve their handling of the drawing tools, although to a lesser extent.
