With the rise of cyber threats such as data breaches and identity theft, entities involved in healthcare communication are looking for ways to protect their personal information and ensure the safety of their devices. Crowdsensing is considered as a mean of collecting and sensing the information by a large group of mobile devices in order to extract the information. The distributed communication, collection of information, and sharing the storage overhead along with efficient computation provide an efficient way of transmission process; however, the distributed communication pattern further leads to several types of security threats. The aim of this manuscript is to propose a trusted and blockchain-based communication system where the recording, sharing, storing, and accessing of information via intelligent devices are done through secure channel in a smart healthcare. The proposed mechanism uses an interactive behavior trust model where the trust of each device is computed by analyzing their internal behaviors. The proposed framework is analyzed against several security metrics in terms of accuracy, delay, and reliability over existing security approaches.
