Application of the Triaxial Diagnosis Method

The objectives of this chapter are to describe the correct process of diagnosing Dysmobility and the correct application of D-STAGING. To do this, a step-by-step description of the process of diagnosing Dysmobility is made. This includes a first phase, called identification (of the patient and the presence or absence of Dysmobility), and a second phase of application of the triaxial diagnostic method. In this second phase, a sequential description of the questions that must be asked for each of the diagnostic axes is made, with the answers that must be investigated to guide the clinician towards a complete diagnosis of Dysmobility. These questions include speed of presentation, time of evolution, and the D-Staging phase in which the patient is at the time of the evaluation.
