Research of Structural Dynamics of Export of Grain and Its Processing Products

The article is devoted to conducting the structural and dynamic analysis of the export flow of grain and its processed products, identifying existing dependencies and justifying measures to expand the export of products with high added value. During the research process, statistical, analytical and graphical methods, correlation-regression and trend analysis were used. As a result of the analysis, trends in the development of exports of grain crops and flour, as well as other products of the product groups “Products of the milling industry; malt; starches; inulin; wheat gluten” and “Preparations of cereals, flour, starch; pastrycook products” were identified The positive and negative consequences of protectionist measures on the grain market are considered. The reasons for successful foreign trade activities in the field of flour sales in the context of leading countries, as well as factors for strengthening Russia’s position in this market are analyzed. Based on a generalization of the opinions of the scientific community, the system of measures for the development of Russian exports of grain products of medium and upper processing stages has been clarified. The novelty of the results lies in the assessment of the relationship between the import of Russian grain and Turkey’s supply of pasta to the foreign market; analysis of the relationship between the export of Russian grain and flour; substantiation of forecast values for exports of key types of products of the product group “Products of the milling industry; malt; starches; inulin; wheat gluten” until 2025 using trend analysis.
