Institutional Conditions for the Development of the Agricultural Industrial Complex in the Conditions of Digitization

The problems of interaction between government institutions, business and other structures of the national economy under digital transformation of agricultural systems are considered. The processes of interaction between institutions during the period of transformation require studying and taking into account the experience of transformations in other countries. Systematization of experience in the development of digital structures of state institutions made it possible to identify the main trends in the process of adaptation of agriculture to new conditions. A comparative description of the institutions involved in digital transformations in Russia and other countries made it possible to substantiate the directions of interaction for strengthening the role of institutions such as the educational system, line ministries and business in digital transformations.
