Methodology for Ranking Infrastructure Projects for Sustainable Development of Rural Areas

The article presents a step-by-step algorithm for evaluating investment projects as a working toolkit for ranking complex development projects of municipalities. The algorithm aims to generate proposals by municipalities to bring them into compliance with the requirements of application documentation of projects for the development of infrastructure in rural areas. The strategic goal of ranking infrastructure projects is to maximize the volume of state support from budgets of all levels and extra-budgetary sources directed towards the sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas.
