Wind Power Plant with Variable Blade Angle of Attack

The article considers the design of an autonomous power supply system based on a wind power plant for low-power agricultural consumers. A special feature of the design is the possibility of changing the angle of attack of the blades of the wind turbine, the angle of attack of the blades is provided by servo motors connected to these blades. An electric power generator is integrated into the design of the wind turbine, which provides power supply to the servos. The angle of attack of the blades is set via a radio channel between the microcontroller of the autonomous power supply system and the microcontroller of the wind turbine, depending on the wind speed and load power. A mathematical model of the operation of a wind power plant is constructed based on empirical data on the dependence of power on wind speed and the angle of attack of the wind turbine blades. In conclusion, the article draws conclusions.
