The Project for Innovation and Improvement of External Internships in the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Castilla-La Mancha at Cuenca
摘要
External internships are a practical subject that allows students to extend their theoretical training in institutions or companies. The need to improve the implementation of internships through greater collaboration of the agents involved in them (coordinator, company tutor and academic tutor) is vital to meet the objectives of acquiring skills as future professionals. This chapter deals with our innovation project, based on a qualitative methodology, to improve the implementation of internships in the Faculty of Social Sciences in Cuenca, in order to achieve a comprehensive training and the integration of students into the world of work.
