Understanding Wellbeing of Freshmen at Universities
摘要
The chapter presents the concept of wellbeing and discusses the challenges faced by freshmen at universities. It underpins various forms of wellbeing, including physical, psychological, emotional, and social. It is important to remember that freshmen at universities face various difficulties. This indicates that they cope with the challenges they face and the flaws in themselves that they become conscious of due to peer pressure. Peer groups may have an impact on their wellness. For instance, they take up bad habits from their friends and struggle to accept cultural diversity, monetary difficulties, and time management issues. We must consider the therapeutic significance of wellbeing and how it relates to others. Scientists, medical professionals, and people from all walks of life should promote and raise wellbeing at numerous levels, which would affect individual health and public policy decisions if they completely understand the underlying structures of wellbeing.
