Construction Engineering Quality Improvement Management System Based on BIM Technology

BIM (Building Information Model) technology can effectively improve the coordination between various stages of engineering construction, rationalize resource allocation, and reduce labor costs. So in the research related to construction projects, BIM technology can be used for quality improvement and management system design. This article adopts methods such as data analysis and logical reasoning to actively explore the theory and methods of construction project quality improvement management based on BIM technology, and conducts research on system design and implementation. The experimental results show that in the quality improvement management system, the performance of the engineering plan management module remains good. Effective construction project quality management can ensure project quality, reduce accidents and investment risks, and improve the economic benefits of the project. At the same time, it can also further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and establish brand image.
