Complex Monitoring System Based on Ground and Remote Measurements-Control

In the article, the classification of the complex monitoring system tools was considered, a complex monitoring system based on the terrestrial and remote measurement-control system was proposed and the structural scheme of the proposed system was established, the status and classification of the existing colorimetric distance measurement systems were presented, and the results of the measurements carried out using these systems were presented. Comparative data evaluation and validation were carried out, the impact of external factors on the aerospace monitoring of the environment was studied, ways to increase the accuracy and reliability of its results were worked out, and the consequences of methodological and structural solutions to improve the metrological characteristics of two-level extended range RGB distance measurement systems were presented. Also, the interaction of various sources of data of the remote complex monitoring system and multiple components of Big Data, Cloud Computing, RGB, and expert classification systems to assess the pollution of terrestrial objects was presented.
