摘要

The literature understands each process of major technological transformation as an industrial revolution. The world is currently moving into the 4th Industrial Revolution, where technology is increasingly integrating machines and humans in real time. This new industrial model was named Industry 4.0 in Hanover in 2011. In this line of reasoning, there is a significant impact on the nature of the work carried out in this sector, either from the employee's point of view, or from the employer's point of view, through the human resources sector. These impacts will lead to changes in the requirements to fill professional positions in Industry 4.0. The aim of this study is to identify the main Soft Skills needed to make up the profile of this professional through a bibliometric analysis using a database of 100 previously chosen articles. This collection, processing and analysis should help in understanding the requirements for Industry 4.0 workers. At the end of the paper, the reader should find competencies that, by similarity, will make up the most relevant groups of Soft Skills in this area, as well as their description and definition.
