Methodology and Specific Research Questions
摘要
This chapter outlines the methodological approach used to study the relationship between law, institutions, and migrant acculturation in Poland. It provides a historical overview of Polish migration and integration policies since 1989, establishing a contextual framework. The research questions guiding the study are presented, along with the methodological framework. Data collection involved various sources, including legal documents, public policies, expert interviews, and in-depth migrant interviews. Data analysis primarily relied on template analysis informed by a phenomenological approach, complemented by biographical analysis, formal-dogmatic methods, and critical legal theory perspectives.
