摘要

Conjunctival, corneal, and scleral morbidity after treatment for intraocular tumors can cause severe and prolonged discomfort to the patient, as well as cosmetic deficit, visual handicap, and loss of the eye. These problems can arise after ocular radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and/or surgical resection as well as systemic therapy for ocular tumors. This chapter describes the pathophysiology, risk factors, and clinical features, as well as methods for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of these side effects and complications.
