This research contributes knowledge about how digital citizenship can influence environmental literacy as global environmental problems increase. Environmental disasters are common, and this study recognises that it will be difficult for future generations to overcome them. The study of undergraduate students involvement in creating institutions that increase environmental awareness is an increasingly important topic in today's digital era, and this research explores this topic. This research aims to explain how university lecturers encourage ethical technology choices and environmental literacy by analysing their pedagogical strategies. This research used survey methods, including questionnaires and observations, to examine 97 students of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, who were randomly selected from a total of 309 students. How digital citizenship influences people's perspectives, behaviours, and understanding of complex environmental challenges is the main objective of this research. multidisciplinary studies. To better understand how AI technology influences the development of ecologically conscious individuals and communities, this research uncovers the social systems that emerge from the merger of AI platforms and environmental education. Understanding the social systems impacted by digital citizenship can improve environmental literacy and encourage digital citizens to become responsible stewards, according to the theoretical and practical pedagogical implications of this research. To create an environmentally conscious and technologically savvy future, this information is critical for teachers, legislators, and technology developers.
