A Preliminary Experiment for Obtaining 3D Coordinates from Dual Camera Images
摘要
Exercise is essential to maintain health. Regular exercise improves physical function and prevents diseases. More people are doing strength training because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Focusing on a form in strength training is crucial. Incorrect methods can lead to injury, conversely, correct ones can maximize the effectiveness of training. However, it is difficult to verify whether or not the training form is correct. Recent advances in image recognition technology have made it possible to acquire skeletal information on a person in real-time. It may be possible to check and point out the form using this technology. In a previous study, we tried to analyze training forms based on 2D coordinates, but more detailed experiments should be required. This report investigates a method for obtaining 3D coordinates from dual images as a preliminary preparation.
