3D Modeling from Video Images Using NeRF Technology and Its Evaluation

In this paper, we performed 3D modeling from CG videos and natural landscape videos using generative AI (Instant-NGP and Neuralangelo) that constructs 3D models from video images using NeRF technology. We evaluated the generated 3D scenes and models. Unlike conventional 3D measurement, this approach does not require expensive measurement equipment or skilled operators and can construct 3D models solely from video images, demonstrating that it is possible to produce 3D models very rapidly.
