A Zero Trust Architecture for LTE-V2X Based Autonomous Driving System

The automobile industry is conducting research with the aim of connected and autonomous vehicles that can perform complete autonomous driving. Research on V2X is essential for a complete autonomous vehicle of connected and autonomous vehicles, and infrastructure construction and research are being conducted in Korea with the aim of LTE-V2X-based autonomous driving environment. However, unlike conventional vehicles, LTEV2X-based autonomous vehicles communicate with the outside world, so there is a security threat and when an attack occurs, it can lead to a driving accident. In this paper, we propose a zero-trust architecture that can increase security in LTE-V2X communication and provide a safe autonomous driving environment.
