摘要

This study investigated the stress of part-time jobs among university students, focusing on the degree of job demands and control. The hypothesis is that a model would be obtained when stress would increase from part-time jobs for university students when job demands are high and control is low. A survey was conducted on 57 university students to measure job demands, control, social support, stress, and personal attributes. As a result, no significant effects were confirmed between job demands, control and stress.
