Single-Port Simple Prostatectomy
摘要
Robot-assisted simple prostatectomy (RASP) is a treatment option for patients with significantly enlarged prostates (>80–100 g) and lower urinary tract symptoms according to both. The surgery can be performed through a transperitoneal, extraperitoneal, or transvesical approach. Recently, the da Vinci SP robot has been introduced, offering a potentially less invasive option. In this chapter, we describe techniques for da Vinci SP + 1 assistant trocar RASP. The room setup, equipment needed, and the different approaches will be discussed.
