Robotic Sacrocolpopexy
摘要
Pelvic organ prolapse affects nearly 40% of all women, though a much smaller percentage of women (3–6%) experience symptomatic pelvic prolapse [1, 2]. Although vaginal approaches remain minimally invasive and popular, the abdominal sacrocolpopexy has been shown to have better recurrence-free rates. We describe our minimally invasive approach to repair high-grade apical prolapse via the robot-assisted laparoscopic abdominal sacrocolpopexy.
