This chapter provides an overview of the latest robotic approaches to stone-removing surgery. These include transperitoneal pyelolithotomy, retroperitoneal pyelolithotomy, ureterolithotomy, and anatrophic nephrolithotomy. We provide diagrams to assist with optimal port placement for the da Vinci Xi robot platform. Finally, we provide suggestions as to when the robotic approach to stone-removing surgery may be preferred.
