摘要

At present, there is an urgent need to transform approaches to the organization of corporate management and revise the management structure of a modern enterprise as a whole. The solution to this problem is due to the growing requirements to increase the efficiency of the enterprise and ensure the consolidation of its resources to achieve sustainable development in the long term. In this paper, we develop the concept of multipolar enterprise management based on the achievements of system economic theory and the theory of social leadership. The system structure of an enterprise in an enlarged form consists of four types of subsystems: object, environmental, process, and project. Each of the subsystems, in turn, represents a kind of pole in the internal space of the enterprise, which is a point of attraction for employees. At the same time, the poles have subjectivity and are responsible for their functioning: an inspirational leader, a spiritual leader, a cultural leader, and an intellectual leader. Based on a systemic interpretation of the structure and functioning of the enterprise, we derive an analytical formula for a generalized criterion of management effectiveness depending on the productivity and efficiency indicators of the enterprise in the short and long term. With its practical implications, this criterion can be used in optimizing the distribution of additive resources of an enterprise between its subsystems, thereby enhancing the enterprise’s overall performance. We are also constructing a general scheme of a quadripolar management mechanism with optimization elements, which allows us to prevent an imbalance between the sizes of the object, environmental, process, and project enterprise subsystems.
