摘要
This chapter serves to illustrate the techniques of removing the gastrointestinal system from the body, dissecting and examining the gastrointestinal organs. These techniques are illustrated in sequential prosection views. The chapter also illustrates the common abnormal findings in the gastrointestinal system at autopsy, and how these may relate to death.
