摘要
Although the cause of death can be determined in many autopsies by macroscopic examination alone, it is frequently necessary to collect samples for additional laboratory analysis in order to determine the cause of death. This chapter illustrates the techniques used to obtain samples for DNA analysis, histology, immunology, microbiology, toxicology, and virology.
