It also reflects upon the key contributions dedicated to this research theme, highlighting the outstanding deliverables conducted in cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), namely OECD Frameworks for the Evaluation of SME and Entrepreneurship Policies and Programmes of 2007 and 2023. Up to February 2024, David J. Storey’s Google Scholar profile shows more than 35 thousand citations, an h-index of 78 and an i10-index of 183, demonstrating his lifetime contribution to the scholarly community.
