Ethical Theory “Theory and International Ethics”
摘要
I have taught an International Ethics course at the undergraduate level since 2004, first offering one as an advanced graduate student at the University of Iowa that spring, then developing it as a new course at the University of Kansas and then the University of Utah. This is an advanced, “upper level” course that has historically drawn not only Political Science majors but also students of Philosophy, History, and especially Peace and Conflict Studies. In my contribution to this Handbook, I discuss the IR theories I have covered in this course, how those have changed over time, and the evolution and expansion of assigned readings and texts over the past two decades.
