Enhancing Passenger Transportation Systems with Artificial Intelligence
摘要
Artificial intelligence systems, both textual and spoken, are gradually integrating into our daily lives. Today, we find them as help systems on websites, as interfaces for booking plane and train tickets, learning about companies on social media, executing online transactions, or making reservations. None of this would be possible without neural networks and the development of Natural Language Processing (NLP), which can not only interpret complex human phrases but also respond in the same format. Human nature favors communication by speech, which is why the future of speech applications looks promising. It is not unexpected that virtual assistants like Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant are found in practically every home. This article will explore the fundamentals of voice processing and creation, and showcase the use of a virtual station for public transportation, highlighting the advantages, disadvantages, and potential of implementing such an application in the real world.
