Research and Discussion on Training of Technical Personnel for ASEAN Rail Transit

With the characteristics of large volume and high capacity, rail transit is a popular form of transportation in most countries. The transportation industry is the basic industry and service industry of economic and social development, and the technical personnel is the fundamental guarantee to support the development of the transportation industry. Therefore, having a team of professionals with sufficient quantity, reasonable structure, and excellent quality is the basis for the safe and efficient operation of rail transit. With the rapid development of China's rail transit, it has accumulated rich experience in rail transit construction, operation management, maintenance, and repair. Based on the demand for rail transit talents in ASEAN countries, this paper studies the technical categories of rail transit and the training forms of technical talents, analyzes and summarizes the existing problems, and puts forward solutions.
