Cultivation Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Personnel Training Driven by New Quality Productive Forces

New Quality Productive Forces have emerged as a pivotal driver of economic development. The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talent is crucial to adapting to this transformation and facilitating industrial upgrading and economic growth. This study aims to construct a conceptual model that explores how New Quality Productive Forces drive the development of innovative and entrepreneurial talent and analyzes the pathways through which they operate. Through a review of literature and theoretical analysis, we propose a model that encompasses input, process, output, and feedback loops. The research findings indicate that New Quality Productive Forces significantly drive the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talent. Key measures to promote talent development and innovation include optimizing educational curricula, strengthening innovative and entrepreneurial practice platforms, enhancing teacher team development, and improving policy and institutional support. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for developing effective strategies to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talent and enhance the level of New Quality Productive Forces.
