Digitalization of education has become an inevitable choice for the reform and high-quality development of higher education in the new era, and an important opportunity to promote the development of innovative talents. In the context of digital education, the digital reform of talent cultivation in universities has shifted from the “supply side” to the “demand side”, and cultivating outstanding talents who are both knowledgeable and capable to meet the needs of future social development has become the focus of the reform. The requirements of enterprises for students in terms of knowledge, ability, and quality has been summarized based on the national demand for logistics talents and combined with research and analysis, and an innovative logistics talent training system has been established. The use of big data technology for dynamic and accurate digital evaluation of student abilities can provide important support for students to make career plans, achieve personalized training, and accurately match teaching resources, promoting the sustainable development of innovative education.
