Optimization of the Logistics Network of New Energy Vehicles: A Case Study of the Site Selection of the Vehicle Logistics Delivery Center of FAW Logistics

In the context of the accelerating development of the Internet, new energy vehicles are rapidly opening up an innovative marketing model of “regional delivery center + experience store + after-sales service center”. In this new retail model, the layout of related logistics networks needs to be further explored, and the key is the location decision of the delivery center. Based on the data of the terminal nodes of vehicle logistics in East China, this paper analyzes and researches FAW Logistics, sorts out the candidate city nodes, and selects the candidate cities of the delivery center nodes by establishing an evaluation index system and using factor analysis method to score and rank. Then, with the goal of minimizing economic cost and maximizing service quality, the corresponding integer programming model is established, the delivery center layout cities are solved, and the city scope of each delivery center is clarified, so as to provide a decision-making basis for the sales and logistics network layout of new energy vehicle enterprises.
