Simulation Research on the Inbound and Outbound Process of ZTO Distribution Center Warehousing System Based on Flexsim

The importance of warehousing in logistics is also increasing, which has exposed many problems, such as low operational efficiency, unreasonable resource allocation, and high warehousing costs, seriously affecting the efficiency of logistics enterprises. Therefore, improving operational efficiency and reducing storage costs have become urgent issues that need to be addressed. Based on the relevant theory of simulation of express delivery distribution centers, this article analyzes the warehousing system of ZTO Company’s distribution center. Based on its existing operation and operation situation, Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the distribution center. Based on the analysis results, reasonable measures are proposed, and simulation verification is carried out to obtain an effective optimization plan, which can achieve the improvement of goods turnover rate, solve the problem of accumulation in the temporary storage area of outbound goods The purpose is to improve the quality of staff and operational efficiency of the system.
