Quality Control of Vaccine Cold Chain Transportation Under Intelligent System Monitoring - from China's Experience

In order to accurately assess the impact on vaccine quality, it is necessary to study the temperature change during the period when cold chain temperature monitoring data and information are missing. In this paper, the simulation experiment method is used to continuously monitor the transportation temperature data of the refrigerated truck through an intelligent system, analyze the relationship between the temperature change in the vaccine box of the refrigerated truck and in the compartment, and verify the fitting effect of the model for predicting the temperature change of each monitoring point in the vehicle. The results indicate that when temperature monitoring data and information are momentarily missing, the monitoring results are still valid. At the same time, the nonlinear model constructed based on the heat conduction formula can accurately predict the temperature changes at various monitoring points inside the vehicle, and the model fitting effect is good through testing. This study fills the theoretical gap of the lack of cold chain temperature monitoring data and information and provides a reference for the regulatory authorities to formulate regulations, manufacturers to judge the efficacy of vaccines, transportation enterprises to formulate emergency plans, and operators to deal with emergencies.
