Ecological Evaluation Method of Smart Port Operation Based on AHP Optimization Model

To enhance the efficiency of smart port operation and governance, a logical model framework for smart port ecological governance is created, and a six dimensional and twenty-four indicator system for evaluating smart port operation and governance is constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Select 13 typical smart port samples, coordinate the quantitative and qualitative combination of indicator vectors, determine the weight of indicator vectors and assign values to data, implement numerical calculation and logical analysis, and analyze and demonstrate layer by layer. The experimental results show that the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a scientific, effective, and reasonable method for evaluating the ecological governance efficiency of smart port operations, and has important participation value.
