Decision Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Latecomer Enterprises Participating in Innovation Network from the Perspective of Knowledge Spillover

The artificial intelligence industry has the characteristics of complex technology, rapid change, large investment in infrastructure, so cooperative innovation has become the inevitable choice for latecomers to cut into the racetrack. However, as a node in the innovation network, latecomers are easily in a weak position and face the risk of spillover of core intellectual property. In this paper, the Black-Scholes model in real options is used to calculate the economic value of intellectual property by financial methods, and from the perspective of latecomer enterprises, the impact effects of various factors in the model are comprehensively measured, and it is concluded that for latecomer enterprises, participation in innovation networks has the advantages of reducing the commercialization cost of intellectual property and increasing the economic life of intellectual property.
