The aim of this work is to assess solar and wind potential in the Tamanrasset, located in southern Algerian. In this article, the needs energy, electrical and thermal (hot water production), for a house located in Tamanrasset is studied with a hybrid system PV-wind. This region is a very high potential of solar and wind resources. Firstly, the availability solar and wind resources in the study area are evaluated using the climatic data of the year 2021 from the meteorological station of Tamanrasset of the National Office of Meteorology (ONM). The annual energy produced by a two small wind turbines is then analyzed and evaluated using the WAsP software, as well as the evaluation of the energy produced by the photovoltaic field dimensioned using adequate mathematical models to ensure electric energy for the selected site. The two sources were combined with an adequate storage system to have the hybrid system proposed in this study. This technology leads to produce electricity during off- peak hours and the cloudy day or night time to ensure the autonomous power supply of the house. Finally, for the hot water production a system of integrated storage in the solar water heater is proposed.

摘要
