Energy is important for the development of humankind that threatens the balance of our ecosystem and exerts negative influence on the environment. The evolution of human activities will lead to the depletion of non-renewable fossil resources and the growing demand for energy. To reduce the impact of conventional energy sources on the environment, leaning towards renewable energies then becomes a coherent solution in view of its multiple advantages [1, 2]. The renewable energies sources are eco-friendly and easily available on the earth. One of the promising renewable energy technologies is the Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) system since it produces no air pollutants or greenhouse gas and contributes minor impacts toward the environment. To bring these plans to reality we, researcher at solar equipment development unit UDES, established the first prototype of Fresnel CSP that producing a heat reaching 250 ℃. The aim of this technology is to generate electricity and heating water for use in both residential and commercial buildings. This article aims to evaluate the thermal behavior of a prototype of a linear Fresnel concentrator (LFC). The heat collected is used to produce steam to generate a turbine. In as much as a lot of work will been done by us to generalized it in large scale in our factories to reduce pollution and decrease the environmental impacts. In the other hand, we are looking out for a technology that representing a powerful, clean, endless, and reliable source of energy with the intention of preventing the unwanted threats to the planet.

摘要
