摘要

This chapter focuses on the importance of experiential training for therapists within the integrated psychotherapy pathway. It highlights the necessity of personal and professional development, emphasizing the role of self-awareness and emotional processing in effective therapeutic practice. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and experiential learning, trainees are guided to integrate their personal experiences with professional skills. The chapter discusses the role of trainers in facilitating this process, using methods such as simulations, supervision, and video-feedback to enhance self-reflection and professional growth. Ultimately, this training model aims to produce therapists who are not only skilled in techniques but also deeply attuned to their own and their patients’ emotional landscapes.
