Regulatory Cooperation Results and Their Effects in the EU Legal Order

This chapter is based on the results and developments in the Regulatory Cooperation Chapters in order to study their effects in the EU legal order. It looks for those effects not only on the basis of concrete agreements signed under the auspices of the Chapters on Regulatory Cooperation but also on the basis of the regulatory dialogue that has been ongoing on various issues. As regards the agreements that have been reached under the Regulatory Cooperation Chapters, the present chapter examines the content of each one and places it within the corresponding EU legal framework, examining the impact it will have therein. As far as the regulatory dialogue is concerned, the chapter examines its effect on the EU decision-making.
