Artificial Intelligence Inspired Remote Information System Auditing: A Literature Review
摘要
Information systems have entered all types of organisations. These information systems require appropriate auditing in order to enhance their usability, performance among others. Manual process of auditing is cumbersome and time-consuming. Automation of such process have been studied in the literature through expert systems, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other means. With recent expanded usage of machine learning and related algorithms, the explainability of the outcomes of these algorithms is a major concern. To address this concern, explainable AI is envisioned to provide appropriate interpretability, while the data is stored in a decentralized platform like Blockchain. This study focuses on applying explainable AI towards different components of information systems auditing. Outcome expected from this study is to expand the usage of explainable AI and venture towards remote information systems audit, probably in the form of metaverse.
