摘要

Urban planning often requires the visualization of city layouts based on different use cases. Each use case can be visualized by using the automatic generation of virtual space layouts. Layouts are often organized in a tree-like structure where each node has spatial borders and their child nodes are contained within those borders. Multiple types of automatic generation methods can be used in the same use case. Most existing methods use only a single starting node with specified borders for content generation. However, a low number of available methods also includes existing child nodes and their borders as input. The existing literature does not cover situations where there are missing links between input nodes and nodes without specified borders. In this paper, we present a method that can complete the virtual scene tree with missing nodes and missing borders. The proposed method can resolve spatial conflicts between the generated and the existing nodes. The method was verified by using automatically generated test cases with generic layout types. A use case of a city with different building and street configurations was also presented.
