Design and Implementation of PID Controller for Competitive Control of Two Processes in Real-Time

This paper aims to demonstrate the competitive control of multiple processes in real-time. For the object is chosen to be a liquid flow reservoir. This paper describes the control of the liquid level in the reservoir, as one process, and the control of the liquid temperature in the reservoir, as another process. Further, in the next step, a limiter was added to simulate the real-time conditions. In addition to limitations on the controller, real-time computer control systems also introduce a delay. After introducing these characteristics of computer control systems in real-time to the object, testing in simulation models was used to monitor and analyze the possible occurrence of damped oscillations and response speed. The obtained data are presented and explained. To perform simulations and testing of the proposed paper's aims, MATLAB/Simulink is used. The conclusion and the literature used is at the end of the paper.
