These are some typical examples of strategies. There are a lot of them, and they sound like positive phrases. They use adjectives that are nice, contemporary, and well-meaning. They are certainly familiar to all of us. Many of them have probably been developed by competent professionals, but the competence is not articulated or is, so to speak, buried in the action. But when you look more closely at the strategies, you discover that they are merely hopes and ambitions. As such, quite respectable. But they lack the means and the know-how to achieve those strategic hopes and ambitions.
