Career Path for Entrepreneurs: Challenges and Solutions

This study aims to delve into the complex nuances of the career path for entrepreneurs, elucidating the challenges entrepreneurs face, and suggesting practical solutions to overcome these obstacles. This study used a systematic review method to synthesize quantitative and qualitative studies found in the Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest, and Google Scholar databases. The included studies were on topics about career path for entrepreneurs up to January 2024. The results indicated several challenges facing entrepreneurs including limited resources, talent retention, cross-cultural collaboration, and market disruptions highlighting the importance for entrepreneurs to adopt proactive and strategic approaches to human resource management and career path management. This study offered comprehensive solutions and the best approaches to handle these problems, emphasizing the value of adaptable HRM strategies, initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, virtual collaboration, adherence to the law, developing strategic resilience, and becoming a global leader. Finally, this study provides entrepreneurs with comprehensive solutions and best practices that offer actionable insights and practical recommendations.
