摘要

Workplace harassment is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by all companies. This study aims to provide a systematic review of workplace harassment among employees. This study used a systematic review method to synthesize quantitative and qualitative studies found in the Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest, and Google Scholar databases. The included studies were on topics about workplace harassment among employees up to May 2023. Through this study, we have found that there are several best practices that companies can implement to prevent and address workplace harassment, including having clear policies and procedures, providing training to employees, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity. This study recommended developing clear policies and procedures for reporting and investigating incidents of harassment, providing training to employees on recognizing and preventing harassment, and establishing effective grievance mechanisms. Conduct regular employee training and education programs on harassment prevention, and conduct surveys to gauge employee perception and experience of workplace harassment. Implement measures to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, such as through initiatives to increase participation of women and other underrepresented groups in leadership positions.
