AI-Powered Academia Enhancing Efficiency Through Copilot and Microsoft Integration

The adaptation of innovative technology and the growth of contemporary technology in every domain is growing exponentially after the pandemic. The domination and the multi-disciplinary nature of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Machine learning techniques and algorithms are facelifting all the domains in a fast-paced manner. The educational field is the very first domain recovered fast and completely active even during the pandemic. The process of teaching, learning, advising, and monitoring in the educational institution has completely changed. The adaptation and the fame of ChatGPT is a live example of the dominance of technology in all the domains and its impact in the day-to-day life of a human. The technology giants are incorporating the recent technological advancements in their physical and software products. The software giant Microsoft has introduced AI based Copilot tool recently and made this available as a part of their other applications. The Microsoft browser Edge, Bing Search Engine and their Operating Systems have Copilot in them. In this paper, we are identifying the ways the teaching and student fraternity may use Copilot in their educational activities for efficient and effective teaching and learning process with less knowledge loss and make the information available to all the stakeholders when and where it is required.
