This chapter looks at Digital Transformation from the viewpoint of a local council. After a brief introduction to the council's mission, the content of its current website, which holds a mass of information, is described. Then some possibilities being investigated for the future digital transformation strategy are described. Finally, details are given of what has been learned by discussing digital transformation with other councils.
