Conclusion and Future
摘要
In this chapter, I will conclude the thesis by comparing the graphene-based and VO2-based detector with traditional infrared detectors to demonstrate their advantages. Furthermore, I will present a few future directions for both work and the possible outcomes. At last, the integration of the graphene detector to the ROIC could pave way to potential successful commercialization.
